Award Description
The Anglo-Danish Society exists to promote closer understanding between the United Kingdom and Denmark. The Society administers scholarship funds which help Danish students to visit the UK or British students to visit Denmark for the purpose of advanced or postgraduate studies.
Value of Award
The value is £2,500 per grant. Scholarships are intended to be only a supplement to students’ other funding.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from:
- Danish graduates with a first degree from a Danish university/higher education institution (HEI) who are undertaking postgraduate studies/research at a university/HEI in the United Kingdom.
- British graduates with a first degree from a university/HEI in the United Kingdom who are undertaking postgraduate studies/research at a university/HEI in Denmark.
Applicants should either have embarked on postgraduate courses / research leading to a higher degree, or be assured of being able to do so in the academic year indicated on the Anglo Danish-Society website.
