Standard Registration fee

The standard registration fee is £500. A discount will be applied to bookings made by the 24th February 2017 reducing the fee to £400 per delegate. 

Concession for Students

The reduced registration fee for students will be £280. To receive the full discount, payment must be received by February 24, 2017. Students registering after this date will be asked to pay a fee of £380.

A reduced conference registration fee of £280 for participants from economically weak countries will be available. Delegates will be assessed on an individual basis but preference will be given to authors presenting their work at the conference, orally or by means of a poster.

There is a day rate price of £180.

The conference fee includes a copy of the pre-published Volume of Abstracts, refreshments and lunches during the conference days. Please note the fee does not cover accommodation, travel expenses or the gala dinner.  You will be given the option to add a gala dinner ticket to your booking for an additional fee of £45 per person.

External bookings must be completed through the University of Birmingham’s online shop.
