Lucy Baldwin is a Managing Director within the Equities Management team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Based in London, Lucy is focused on the bank’s distribution efforts across Cash Equities, Equity Derivatives, Prime Brokerage and Financing.  She is also head of Account Management, covering the Equities Client Strategy.

Lucy joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in October 2015, from Goldman Sachs where she was a Managing Director and co-Director of the European Equity Research Department.  She also served on the bank’s Investment Review Committee.

Lucy began her career at Cazenove (now JP Morgan Cazenove) as an Equity Research Analyst.  She is best known for her knowledge of the global luxury goods industry and also championing the rise of young, dynamic talent in Finance.  Lucy has also covered the retail sector and consumer products sector for many years, prior to which she was an engineering analyst and a building and construction analyst.  She earned a BSc in Economics from the University of Birmingham in 2004.

One of the corporate world’s brightest young stars, Lucy was in the Forbes 30 Under 30 in Finance for two consecutive years.

She and her husband, Steven, live in Wimbledon, London, with their son, Benjamin.
