Dr Emma West gave an online talk at the recent Llafur seminar, ‘“To strive for a world of justice” - Community, Internationalism, and the Campaign for Peace in Interwar Wales’.

Her talk explored the founding of Cardiff’s Temple of Peace (1938), and the role played by bereaved war mothers in its inauguration. Her research forms part of her Revolutionary Red Tape project.

The seminar, which also included talks by Craig Owen and Rob Laker.
