CARE Fertility has generously donated £202,800 to fund two Doctors of Philosophy (PhDs) to support the work of Professor Arri Coomarasamy (Director of the Tommy's National Centre for Miscarriage Research and Founding Director of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Global Women’s Health) and team at the University of Birmingham.
CARE has a long history of innovation and support for research and development. The collaboration with the University of Birmingham is an example of our commitment to the IVF sector and our desire for quality. We hope this is the start of a long relationship with both the University and the doctors.

The funding will support the development of the next generation of researchers in infertility and assisted conception. The donation is expected to cement a collaboration between the two organisations to pursue outstanding research to answer priority research questions in infertility.
