The second episode of the University of Birmingham-developed podcast focuses on the role of community and stakeholder engagement in climate challenge research.
Host Dr Saikat Dutta, Research Fellow in Railway Mechatronics Systems, is joined by Dr Susanne Boerner and Dr Emma Ferranti from the School of Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences, all from the University of Birmingham.
Dr Boerner’s research expertise is in everyday experiences and adaptive practices, access to food, water and energy using youth participatory action research. Dr Ferranti’s expertise is in the impact of weather on infrastructure, climate resilience and adaptation, urban green infrastructure and air quality.
