Head of Birmingham Law School, Professor Lee is an experienced commentator and can broadly discuss legal issues pertaining to Brexit, the neogotiations, and The Great Repeal Bill. He can also cover wider questions of how EU law works and how it interacts with domestic law in the wider context of debates about sovereignty. As a leading environmental lawyer who has worked both with the European Commission and the European Parliament he is able to discuss questions of environmental protection and climate change and to explain how environmental policy might be affected by a Brexit.

An expert on International human rights law, Professor de Londras has extensive experience commentating in the national and international media. Her research covers constitutionalism, human rights and transnationalism. She explores these themes primarily in the context of counter-terrorism, the jurisprudence and future of the European Court of Human Rights, and the reform of abortion law in Ireland.
