Among the expert speakers, Dr Holly Birkett, Co-Director of the Work Inclusivity Research Centre at the University of Birmingham is scheduled to speak on Managing Beyond a Crisis alongside Rosie Ginday MBE of Miss Macaroon and John Whitty of Air IT.
Elsewhere on the agenda, hear from Baroness Ruby McGregor-Smith CBE, British Chambers of Commerce and member of the House of Lords, Tara Tomes and Hattie D’Souza of EAST VILLAGE PR and Jess Phillips MP on Empowering Individuals to Reach Their Full Potential among others.
WIRC brings together Birmingham Business School academics from a wide range of disciplinary perspectives and backgrounds to create one of the leading centres for inclusivity research in the UK. Working with key partners to coproduce research that is both academically rigorous and implementable in strategic decision-making at all levels of business practice; the Centre actively works to have a positive impact on policy making and wider society.
