Why take this course?

Web development is one of the fastest-growing careers in today’s economy. There are now 1.64 million digital technology jobs in the UK and the digital sector is creating jobs two times faster than the non digital sector (TechNation Report 2017).

Demand for skilled developers is high, with UK businesses reporting a digital skills shortage in their employee base and the UK facing a shortfall of approximately 40,000 people with the necessary skills to meet the demand of the digital economy. There are currently more than 72,000 digital and creative jobs in the West Midlands and the forecast is for another 29,000 by 2030. Whether you're looking to diversify in your current role, or change career, this course will prepare you quickly and effectively for web developer roles.
