Educational Policy and Improving Schools (Module 23965)
This module will enable you to critically review current debates in education policy and the implications of alternative stances on education policy for school improvement and professional practice.
The module will focus on (i) the different contributions that are made by parents, students, education professionals and policy makers to the outcomes of schooling and (ii) the impacts of professional practice and school organisation on the interactions between education professionals, parents, students and policy makers.
