Research project - Musculoskeletal Ageing and Health

Module overview

This module will allow students to carry out a research project of 5 months duration. The projects will cover a broad range of topics and will be supervised by either research active staff in the MRC-ARUK Centre for Musculoskeletal Ageing Research (for wet lab projects), or can be in the form of mentored practice in a work setting for allied health professionals. Students will also be offered the option of a dry (library) project such as a systematic review.

Academics involved

The module is co-ordinated by Professor Lord and supervised by staff in the MRC-Arthritis Research UK Centre for Musculoskeletal Ageing Research as well as academic physiotherapists in the School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation Science.
