The award is available to students who are experiencing financial difficulty, who are (or who are connected with) commercial travellers, grocers or pharmacists.
Value of Award
The maximum value of any bursary is £5000 per annum for duration of the course. This amount may be adjusted according to the applicant’s personal financial need and to the amount of funds available.
The Leverhulme Trade Charities Trust will award bursaries of up to £5000 a year to eligible UK students, who are in financial need, and who are (or who are conntected with) commercial travellers, grocers or chemists. Recipients can use the bursary for any reasonable costs connected with going to university, including tuition fees, accommodation costs, living expenses, or equipment to help you study. Funds are intended for those in financial hardship. Applicants must provide justification for their reasons for applying for a bursary on their application form.
