Current postgraduate students

The University Graduate School has a dedicated Funding Support Officer based in Westmere who is responsible for the delivery of support talks, workshops and funding information for postgraduate researchers.

Research Council funding

The University of Birmingham is in the privileged position of hosting a number of Doctoral Training Partnerships (DTP) and Centres for Doctoral Training (CDT) that are funded by UK Research and Innovation. More information about all UKRI funded doctoral training programmes available at the University of Birmingham is provided on our dedicated Doctoral Training Partnership pages. The University Graduate School provides advice to prospective postgraduate researchers interested in Research Council funding and information for current students who are funded by a Research Council.
