Café Masters

Café Masters is an informal social event designed to enable anyone interested in postgraduate study to network with current Masters students.

In light of the recent and ever changing situation around COVID-19, we have taken the decision to cancel our upcoming on-campus events, and instead run online events which you will be able to join from any location. You will still have the opportunity to chat to staff and students about a range of topics including student life, funding and applying for postgraduate study, through these live online events.

We now provide digital-only copies of our prospectus, and we have changed our guidance on the submission of documents. You can find all updates on our FAQs page.

If you are interested in starting a taught postgraduate programme then Café Masters offers you the perfect opportunity to:

  • Hear current postgraduates talk about their course and tell you what the step up to Masters study is really like
  • Discuss any questions that you have about postgraduate study in a relaxed and social atmosphere
  • Get advice on choosing the postgraduate programme that is right for you, the application process and sources of funding (including the government's Postgraduate Loans)
  • Enjoy free refreshments

Anyone who is considering starting a taught postgraduate programme is warmly welcome to come along, no matter what stage you are at in the decision-making process.
