Introduction to Sketch Engine

In this 90 minute workshop for CARE visitors and for PhD students, we will look at the basic functions of the Sketch Engine - concordancing, word sketches, word lists - with particular attention to the different forms of query that can be made. We will also look at Corpus Query Language (CQL) and how it can be used for more sophisticated querying of corpus data.
