The Centre for Corpus Research organises research events such as conferences and seminars, and it also runs workshops and training events.

We are proud to offer a series of events throughout the academic year including the annual John Sinclair Lecture. This year’s Sinclair Lecture was given by Susan Hunston on 11th September 2023. Her lecture was entitled ‘From Pattern to System: an exploration in lexical grammar'.
