I am a teaching assistant at the University of Extremadura (Spain). I hold to master’s degrees and a PhD on corpus stylistics. Currently, I am a visitor to the Centre for Corpus Research.


I became a research fellow at the University of Extremadura (Spain) in 2011 and since 2012 I am a teaching assistant at the same university.


I teach courses on the History of Literary English and corpus linguistics.


My research interests are in corpus linguistics, corpus stylistics and corpus translation studies.

Other activities

I am a member of the editorial board of Anuario de Estudios Filológicos (University of Extremadura).
