Analysis and design of electromagnetic metamaterials and metasurfaces

We have extensive research experience in various geometries and configurations of periodic arrays for the design of novel electromagnetic metamaterials. Our designs have a large number of applications in antennas, devices and propagation.

We have expertise in analysing and designing composite, artificial and periodic structures with response functions that are not readily available in nature. We have developed in-house, advanced spectral-domain periodic modal analysis software which is pertinent to the design and simulation of multi-layer metasurfaces of arbitrary shape.

We have also developed improved Finite Difference Time Domain code, for periodic surfaces and leaky-wave structures and worked on fast transverse resonance techniques, equivalent circuits, and analytic modelling for multi-layered periodic surfaces and antennas.
