The Pure Mathematics Group has internationally renowned research groups in Algebra, Analysis, Combinatorics and Probability, and Geometry and Mathematical Physics.
The research groups have weekly seminars with invited external speakers. There are always study groups running on topics of current research interest, thus creating a lively environment for pure mathematics research.
