Our Partners

The MMG is committed to partnering with academia, industry and government to share its expertise, shape the industry standards and develop the UK’s capabilities in magnetic processing.

To achieve this the MMG has partnered with Cardiff University, the UK lead on soft magnetic materials. The Magnetics and Materials Research Group at Cardiff University led by Phillip Anderson and MMG share facilities, characterisation equipment and together deliver training courses on magnetic materials for the UK Magnetics Society.

The MMG alongside Cardiff and Swansea Universities cover 90% of the permanent and soft magnetic research in the UK.
