James Samuel Craig is a first year student within the Physical Sciences for Health Integrated PhD programme.

He first studied at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne gaining a Master’s degree in Chemistry. During his time at Newcastle he completed a research project looking into the Photo-physics and DNA binding properties of a novel dinuclear ruthenium complex. His research interests mainly involve the development of complexes which bind to DNA for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
