Multi-dimensional intravital imaging of signalling and trafficking during embryonic development

This project will develop and apply novel high-content imaging, data processing and analysis strategies to elucidate the interdependent nature of growth factor receptor signalling and trafficking.  In particular this project is focusing on computational approaches employing 2D and 3D "level-sets" algorithms to automatically extract quantitative localisation data from high-resolution live-cell imaging studies.
