Physical Sciences for Health CDT
Oliver Irving is a first year student within the Physical Sciences for Health Integrated PhD programme. He first studied Biochemistry at the University of Swansea, and is awaiting the completion of a Masters degree (by research) in analytical biochemistry and oncology. During his time at Swansea, he completed a project on unbiased and targeted metabolomic approaches to biomarker discovery for pancreatic cancer. His research interests mainly involve protein-drug interaction using native mass spectrometry and biomarker discovery.
