This project is combining live-cell fluorescence imaging with computational approaches for automated object identification and tracking to determine the routes of cellular entry and intracellular trafficking of polystyrene nanoparticles. In particular this project is focusing on automated computational approaches for extracting localisation data for manufactured nanoparticles in live cells.
