Victoria Seville

Doctoral Researcher
Physical Sciences for Health CDT

Victoria is a first year student within the Physical Sciences for Health Integrated PhD programme.

She first studied at the University of Sheffield gaining a first class Masters degree in chemistry and was awarded the Brocklehurst Prize 2016-17. During her time at Sheffield she completed a summer project investigating the concentration effects of magnetite biomineralization using artificial displaying protein scaffolds. Her masters project looked at the inclusion of Pauli effects in a graph theoretical model of ballistic molecular conduction, and the implementation of these effects in computer programs. Her research interests mainly involve the use of nanoparticles for biomedical applications.
