Dr. Andrew Monaghan will speak about the propsects for a second Cold War between Russia and the West.

Dr. Monaghan is Senior Research Fellow at the Royal Institute for International Affairs and Academic Visitor at St Antony’s College, Oxford, and formerly worked on Russia-related issues for the NATO Defence College in Rome. 

Those who attend will learn more about what role Russia plays in the world today and whether we are on the verge of a second Cold War.
