Across Scales in Energy Decision-making (ASCEND)

Decarbonisation strategies based on whole energy system analysis are critical in the transition to a low carbon economy. This scoping study, supported by EPSRC  and the Energy Systems Catapult, undertook an initial analysis  of how whole energy system analysis is currently used in decision-making processes across scales, to help identify ways in which the research and policy decision-making relationship could be improved in the future. A summary report will be available shortly.
