ICCS Deputy Director presents at CSSR annual conference in Riga
Dr Tereza Capelos, Deputy Director of the Institute for Conflict, Cooperation and Security (ICCS), was invited to present at the Center for Security and Strategic Research (CSSR) in Latvia in December.
Dr Capelos, a Senior Lecturer in Political Psychology, gave a talk on political values and reactionary trends in the west, as part of the CSSR’s annual conference focused on ‘Challenges for the West: Mitigating Domestic Responsibilities’. The CSSR, established in 1992 as the Center for Defence Research, is part of the National Defence Academy of Latvia and aims to ensure the development of security and defence policy research as well as to raise the public awareness about these issues in Latvia.
