Professor Al-Janabi recently held a NIHR career development fellowship leading a research programme to develop economic evaluation methodology to include family carer outcomes. Professor Al-Janabi’s research interests include the measurement of wellbeing and preferences, the role of informal care in the health system, the economics of mental health, and research methods in health economics. \n
