 Central to the work of the Institute for Mental Health is the meaningful involvement of young experts by experience.The IMH Youth Advisory Group (IMH YAG) is a group formed of young people aged 18 – 25 with lived experience of mental health difficulty and/or experience of supporting young people with mental health difficulties. YAG members are frequently involved in research-related activities at the IMH; ranging from consultations with researchers in monthly meetings through to co-facilitating events, co-producing resources and co-leading teaching for UoB students. \n
 Come along to this webinar to hear members of our Youth Involvement Staff Team and IMH YAG members themselves talk about the value of lived experience to the research process, case examples of YAG involvement in IMH-related activities and, practical and ethical implications of involving young people in research.\n
