RaisE is an exciting partnership between industry, public sector and academia and offers flexible office and workshop space, conference facilities and a welcoming cafe to give tenants, visitors, and the wider sector the chance to be part of the rail industry supply chain. 

Designed for the way we work today, RaisE offers versatile and flexible offices and workshops to suit you, the size of your business and the style of your working. With lettable space ranging from 187 sqft to 818 sqft available on monthly terms. RaisE is suitable for a wide variety of business including those with a particular focus in rail industry sector or supply chain.

 The RaisE Hub Will enable the UK’s leading innovators to co-locate with ambitious supply chain companies within the supplier park at the Rail Village. Critically, RaisE will deliver the Rail Technical Strategy (RTS) and ensure that the green and digital agendas can be progressed at pace, affirming the UK Rail sector as market leader. 

It will provide the facilities and expertise for large and small companies to develop, test, validate and deploy innovative low carbon, autonomous products and systems, utilising robotics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies.

The next step 

Phase 2 will be led and delivered by the UK Rail Research and Innovation Network, the University of Birmingham, Siemens Mobility, and their supply chain.  The key areas of focus will include Digital Systems and Decarbonisation. Available from 2024.
