About this event

This half-day workshop aims to start a conversation with colleagues across the School and share ideas about what it means and what it takes to decolonise the curriculum today. The aim is to bring together speakers internal and external to the University of Birmingham and the business school environment to start a conversation across and within disciplines around everyday practices of decolonisation within the business school. The workshop will provide space for theoretical reflections upon decolonisation and the exchange of practical, creative and pedagogic strategies that could, or may already be pursued by both speakers and participants including academics, professional colleagues and students.

This workshop is opened to all members of the Business School be they academic or professional staff and students and aim to be useful for all those working with, teaching or supporting students within the business school environment.
