Our students have taken placements and internships in a variety of areas including research laboratories, medical communications and medical volunteer placements abroad. Many students also choose to complete shorter internships during the summer called a summer research project placement at the end of year two. Students can also apply for bursaries to help fund some of these opportunities.

For the past two years a number of our students have travelled to the Université de Tours in France and Tongji Medical College in China to undertake their summer research project placements.

Here, current student Chloe Tanner has created a vlog to give you an insight into her summer research project placement experience in Tours, France.
