Studying for a PhD in Finance

The Department of Finance welcomes applications from students intending to develop theoretical and empirical contributions to a different area of finance including asset pricing, banking, corporate finance, corporate governance, fintech, financial intermediation, market microstructure, merger and acquisitions, venture capital performance, and responsible business including green finance, sustainable finance, and corporate social responsibility. We encourage you to consider both theoretical and empirical issues as part of your agenda in consultation with your supervisors.
