About the Rt Hon the Lord Heseltine of Thenford CH

Michael is a successful British businessman, a former Conservative Member of Parliament from 1966 to 2001, and was Deputy Prime Minister of Great Britain in the mid-nineties. Most recently, Lord Heseltine was asked by the British Government to set out a comprehensive economic plan to improve the UK’s ability to create wealth. At the heart of his proposals are measures to unleash the potential of local economies and leaders and enable every part of the UK economy to raise its game.
