This is a fantastic achievement and shows the Business School’s continued investment in its MBA programmes and its commitment to excellence in teaching.

The Financial Times European Business School Rankings measures business schools across Europe against a range of criteria. The ranking takes into consideration alumni experience, diversity of staff and students, the MBA’s international reach and research published by the School.

Dr Rosalind Jones, MBA Director, comments, “With Birmingham Business School achieving a top 100 ranking in the FT index in Europe, this firmly establishes us as a global destination of choice for aspiring leaders. The Birmingham MBA is increasingly recognised as a flagship degree with a flexible choice of Distance Learning, Overseas-Singapore, Full Time and Executive MBAs.”

Professor Catherine Cassell, Dean of the Business School, comments, “In an increasingly competitive MBA market, it's great to see our MBA programme receive recognition in the Financial Times rankings. This reflects our ongoing investment in all areas of the programme in recent years, and our continued approach to improving and tailoring our programmes to meet the needs of the ever-changing global business environment."

This recognition of the full-time MBA strengthens Birmingham Business School’s international reputation for teaching and research and comes during a year in which the School was re-accredited by all three global bodies: AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS.
