Wasim joined Department of Finance as Lecturer in September 2014. He completed his PhD in Finance at Birmingham Business School and previously worked as Lecturer in Finance at Birmingham City University. Currently his research interests are in the area of Corporate Finance and include Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Private Equity and Capital Structure.
