Biography

Having spent over 25 years as a professional actor, presenter and facilitator, Nick's perspective has been shaped by the dynamics of performance he has experienced. When we investigate social processes through a performative lens it gives us rich material from which to examine the leader as influencer, persuader but also as a human being defined by relationships with others. The discourses and dynamics leaders engage in are complex which is why Nick is interested in qualitative approaches which begin to unpick the emotional layers of leadership and the relational opportunities and threats that take place.
