Zach has been living and working in South China for eight years. In his role as the Director of Manufacturing Operations for Skullcandy, Zach oversees an office of 50 staff and is responsible for: product development, quality control, sourcing, supply chain, and office administration. Skullcandy is an American lifestyle audio brand known for innovative design and a vibrant culture. Prior to working for Skullcandy, Zach worked for a Chinese law firm for five years helping foreign companies doing business in China, deal with contract disputes, labor issues, IP enforcement, and company establishment procedures.
