Academic staff with an interest in Research-led Professional Practice

The department specialises in practice-led research, as well as critical and creative collaborations with theatre-makers and artists.

Through engaging in practical research methodologies and creative collaborations, work in the department explores professional theatrical, performance and artistic practice. In particular, there are research specialisms around work with actors, directors and writers, as well as companies and artists working with devised or experimental performance practices.
