An eventful and exciting year for CivSoc!

It's been a huge year for CivSoc with more industrial liaison than ever before, new committee positions to answer the many interests of their members, sporting wins and all culminating with the famous Engineering Spring Ball. Beth McGoff, who's been on the committee for 4 years, gives her final summary for CivSoc.

RailSoc Update Spring 2018

RailSoc has got off to an amazing start in our first year. From starting in the autumn as a handful of first years with an idea to now a mailing list of 70 people we're certainly doing something right! Matthew Teller tells us more.

Railsoc Train Planning Awareness Course with Cross Country Trains

On the cold and cloudy morning of Saturday 10 February UoB RailSoc gathered at University station heading for Crewe via Birmingham New Street. They were fortunate enough to have arranged private tours of the Crewe Railway Heritage Centre and operating sessions in the Exeter West Signal Box.
