Call for applications: Midlands Graduate School DTP Scholarships 2018
The Institute for Conflict, Cooperation and Security (ICCS) invites applicants interested in high quality post-graduate training in International Relations and/or Political Psychology focusing on conflict, cooperation, and security to consider the following funding opportunity offered by the ESRC’s Doctoral Training Partnership.
DTP Scholarships (Home/ EU students)
The University of Birmingham is part of the Midlands Graduate School Doctoral Training Partnership, which offers a number of scholarships via a competitive process for Home/ EU candidates who will begin their study in October 2018.
The deadline for applications is Thursday 18th January 2018, but students must be registered on the Political Science and International Studies training pathway at University of Birmingham, the application details for which can be found here. Applicants are encouraged to submit their application a.s.a.p. as it can take several weeks to process.
We are particularly interested in high quality research proposals from postgraduates with strong performance in their postgraduate degree. All DTP Scholarship proposed projects must be within ESRC’s remit of supporting high quality postgraduate training in the Social Sciences. We very much look forward to receiving your proposals.
