Speaker: Dr Stéphanie Panichelli-Batalla, University of Warwick

Dr Stéphanie Panichelli-Batalla's  current research focuses on the impact of humanitarian aid on (collective) identity construction and alteration. In the seminar, she will present first findings from her British Council aided studies regarding international humanitarian aid and Cuban Doctors who went abroad, the "internacionalistas”.

The International Development Department hosts a number of seminars throughout the year which focuses on a number of different topics. The seminars are open to everyone.
