Emily Burn is undertaking doctoral research on the links between acknowledged political interest, perceptions of politics, and political engagement.

Biography

In addition to her doctoral study, Emily is also a Research Fellow as part of a research team based at the Health Services Management Centre exploring local authority social care market-shaping and the links between this and the development and access of personalised care and support.  

Prior to commencing her PhD, Emily held policy and research roles in the health and social care sector.
