Leading up to this year's annual Fage Lecture, the Department of African Studies and Anthropology will be hosting a workshop on the topic “Global Urbanism @ Bham”

We hope to create a moment for sharing research at the University of Birmingham on urban change and experiences of the urban across the Global South.

The format will be 5-minute presentations to share with colleagues the underlying concerns informing our research experiences, with the hope to create and strengthen relationships among scholars of cities across the University. All welcome to join.
