Jo-Ann Curtis (Birmingham Museums Trust), Jane Gallagher (Ironbridge Gorge Museums), Duncan Frankis (Newman University) and Manu Sehgal (University of Birmingham) will be joining us for a roundtable discussion on the place of the eighteenth-century Midlands in wider global and imperial histories, and how we explore and interpret those connections in our local heritage today.

This event has been organised by the Birmingham Research Institute for History and Cultures (BRIHC), in collaboration with the Birmingham Eighteenth-Century Centre (BECC).

Please note that this event was cancelled earlier in the year but is now rescheduled for 5 October.
