Birmingham International Summer School in Cultural Heritage

The 2014 Summer School programme explored the art, architecture, literature, music, design and popular culture that forms the basis of Britain’s cultural heritage.  The Summer School offered overseas students the chance to immerse themselves in UK culture for four weeks, and included visits to Shakespeare’s Birthplace, Bournville Village, Wedgwood Museum, Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery and the World Heritage sites of Ironbridge Gorge and Liverpool’s historic waterfront.
