If you are thinking about applying to start a PhD in 2020, and would like some help in developing a strong application for a studentship at Birmingham Law School, please come to this free workshop for students on PhD Proposals and Funding Applications.

We are currently accepting applications from UK and EU students to the ESRC and AHRC competitions.

The aims of the workshop are to give you an overview of admission and funding application process and to help you draft a strong application for entry to the programme and for funding.

The workshop is open to anyone with a 1st or strong 2:1 degree in law or a related discipline. Preferably, you will also have a strong Masters degree or currently studying for a Masters, and are considering applying to Birmingham Law School to do a PhD.

The workshop is FREE to attend but you must register. To register, send an email to Dr Nsoh (w.nsoh@bham.ac.uk) and/or Dr Child (J.J.Child@bham.ac.uk) with an outline proposal and a brief statement of your qualifications.

Early registration is encouraged!
