Research

My research focuses on Access to Justice in Environmental Cases with a view to eliminating barriers to  its effectiveness. I argue against a restricted view of access to justice in environmental matters and seek its recognition not only in terms of access to courts, but also in relation to the  recognition of substantive environmental rights which are not anthropocentric.
