The culmination of a two year partnership between the Department of Music’scomposition pathways, Barber Concerts, And Quatuor Bozzini, this performance features the world premiere of a newly commissioned work by Michael Zev Gordon. As one of the world-leading exponents of new music, with a commission record that is both inspiring and innovative – we welcome the quartet back to the Barber for this performance and a student composition workshop the following day.
